Its sensitivity is 86%, specificity – 75% and diagnostic accuracy – 80% (67.2-90.3) (p < 0.05). 2. X-ray pattern depends on duration of the process at IPA. In the beginning of the process (1st – 3rd day) the most frequently revealed sign is nidal and interstitial changes of lungs (75%). 4th – 7th days are characterized by prevalence of roundish induration of pulmonary tissue (75%), halo symptom is revealed (40%). Foci of alveolar infiltration were revealed in a significantly lesser percentage of cases according to both methods. Nidal changes of pulmonary tissue during the second period of time (4th – 8th day) were revealed less frequently than during the first period of time. Frequency of interstitial changes areas revealing was also lesser. Foci had different shapes, more often roundish, homogeneous structure, were of subpleural location and had a connection with vessels.

http://www.metapathia-hunter.com We carried out a retrospective analysis of 34 patients’ clinical records, who were admitted to the clinic with symptoms of biliary obstruction. The first (control) group consisted of 30 patients administered to residential treatment without symptoms of gastrointestinal tract diseases. The second group – 20 (of 34) patients with major duodenal papilla tumor, the third group – 14 (of 34) patients with tumorous affection of distal bile-excreting ducts. In patients of the second group we registered clinical signs of pancreas affection two times more often. Continuance of symptoms in both groups was from 3 days to 4 months (Table 1).

At the same time, in image superficial reconstruction mode, rendering of uterus frontal crosscuts was fulfilled, which was impossible when traditional two-dimensional NLS-graphy was applied. At T1a stage in 100% of cases uterine cavity was visualized with distinct and smooth contours. In 58.8% of cases a content of uterine cavity had homogeneous moderately chromogenic structure, in a projection of one of uterine angles we detected a tumorous lesion in a form of roundish inclusion with sufficiently distinct and smooth contours, of increased chromogeneity (5-6 points at Fleindler’s scale).

It was important for detecting of a reason that caused orbital cellulitis and thus for choosing of the proper treatment. But in case of severe orbital cellulitis we detected diffuse increasing of retrobulbar space tissues chromogeneity, which prevented us from defining a quadrant of an orbit with the most severe pathological changes.

In particular, in all observations – at chondrosarcoma and bone metastasis – we detected tumorous nodes, which could be analyzed by size, shape and structure. In a half of Metapathia hunter-studies, chondrosarcoma and bone metastasis had the same chromogeneity without zooming. Both at chondrosarcoma and bone metastasis we registered moderately chromogenic areas of perifocal edema and involvement of neurovascular plexus into the process. However by refining and comparing data of Metapathia hunter-ultramicroscanning with SEA of these nosologies we also revealed significant differences between them.

Metapathia hunter-scanning program was arranged in such manner when studied area corresponded to a space from vesicourethral segment till external urethral opening. The study program lasted less than 30 minutes. After the study, analysis of acquired data was carried out in step-by-step mode, i.e. analysis of two-dimensional computed Metapathia hunter-images. Further on Metapathia hunter-reconstruction of urethra (rendering of three-dimensional model) in various projections was carried out. When was necessary, we applied Metapathia hunter-ultramicroscanning with spectral-entropic analysis (SEA), that allowed to gain an impression of genesis and character of a neoplasm without a biopsy. We believe that this non-invasive method is a quite valuable research instrument and in some cases it may significantly update or replace endoscopic study.
