Possibilities of non-linear method in diagnostics of adrenals tumors

Adrenals tumors are registered comparatively rarely, but it is know that they are most frequently hormone-active and even at small sizes lead to various endocrine disorders. However sometimes in clinical practice there are adrenals tumors without clinical symptoms and vague complaints of patients.
References and our own experience show that period from appearance of the first symptoms till diagnosing varies from 6 months to 2 years.Early diagnostics of adrenals tumor has become an important clinical issue, which may be solved by application of non-linear diagnostics (NLS) along with CT, MRI and angiography.
Today NLS-graphy is one of the most informative and prospective methods of diagnostics. Thanks to easiness of application, high informativity and safety NLS-graphy becoming a method of choice even at the first stage of hardware methods of diagnostics. NLS method of study allowed to increase significantly percentage of early and accurate diagnostics of adrenals tumors. Along with introduction of the latest devices of a fourth generation it became possible to register any space-occupying formation sized about 0.2 cm, which exceeds CT in accuracy of diagnostics.

The objective of our work is to study possibilities of NLS-graphy in diagnostics of adrenals tumors and to confirm that with proper methodological approach and availability of modern NLS-graphy equipment it is possible to diagnose space-occupying formation at least as good as with CT and MRI.

Three-dimensional Metatron hunter-graphy was carried with Metatron-4025 (IPP, Russia) system

Further on, in order to specify a nosological for of a disease, we used method of three-dimensional virtual Metatron hunter-reconstruction of an image and other hardware and laboratory researches (in accordance to medical and financial standards for this nosological type of a disease). Ultrasound examination was carried out with Acuson Sequoia 512 (Siemens, Germany) device, with multifrequency curvilinear transducer (2.5 – 6 MHz). Bioplasm machine-research of urinary bladder

Full-scale Bioplasm machine-research of 365 patients (aged 26 – 83) with malignant tumoral affection of urinary bladder was performed in the Institute named after Gertsen P.A. 317 patients (86.8%) suffered from bladder cancer, 4 patients (1.1%) had sarcoma, 6 patients (1.6%) suffered from tumor deposits of another primary site, 2 patients (0.5%) had malignant non-Hodgkins lymphoma with bladder affection, 36 patients (9.9%) had tumor ingrowths into bladder wall from the adjacent organs. Male patients consisted the majority – 273 patients (74.8%) and 92 female patients (25.2%). All patients were examined using Bioplasm machine-research of urinary bladder. In all cases the microscanning of urinary bladder wall with spectral-entropy analysis of tissue structures was performed to provide differential diagnostics of various cancer types. Three-dimensional visualization of lungs

http://www.metapathia-hunter.com Thorax investigation was carried out using a device manufactured by Siemens Company (Germany) in two projections (frontal and lateral), supported by tomograms. Hunter 4025-graphy was carried out using “Metatron”-4025 system (IPP, Russia) equipped with high-frequency generator of 4.9 GHz, unit of continuous spiral scanning and professional software “Metapathia GR Clinical”, which allowed to carry out three-dimensional visualization of lungs.
