Hunter 4025-pictures of the peripheral neurofibromatosis

The article presents a detailed description of clinical and Hunter 4025-pictures of the peripheral neurofibromatosis of the 2nd type. In 60.0% of cases neurofibromas have been manifested by single neoplasms which were located hypodermically and intramuscularly, mainly on extensor surfaces of a body and extremities, and have not been connected with the main nervous trunks. In 40.0% of cases it was located along the main nervous trunks and plexuses. Neurofibromatous nods looked like hyperchromogenic neoplasms of oval or roundish shape, homogeneous structure, with even contour. Hunter 4025-angiography registered misperfusion in 66.7% of cases. Results of Hunter 4025-ultramicroscanning with SEA have been verified by morphological research of removed tumors.

http://www.metapathia-hunter.com For evaluation of COPD course character, patients were examined with metapathia hunter 4025 device (ClinicTech Inc., USA and the IPP, Omsk) with the high-frequency generator of 4,9 GHz frequency with the unit of the continuous spiral scanning, equipped with the computer program “Metapathia GR Clinical” with possibility of three-dimensional visualization of pulmonary tissues. For the purpose of specifying diagnostics all patient were subjected to ray investigation. First of all, x-radiography of a thorax was carried out in two projections with SIREGRAPH CF x-ray device by Siemens. The further diagnostic search included standard NLS-graphy of lungs and mediastinal organs in a spiral scanning mode and 3D computer NLS-diagnostics.

Blocked abscess was visualized

http://www.metapathia-hunter.com Blocked abscess was visualized as roundish neoplasm with hypechromogenic liquid content in which we detected isochromogenic suspensions (4-5 points at Fleindler’s scale), loosely distributed throughout a cavity of destruction (suppurative detritus), without achromogenic signals of air. At acute course a capsule of an abscess was not visualized. Purulent cavity was limited by lung parenchyma itself, which along with preserved air content was of the form of hypochromogenic line (2-3 points at Fleindler’s scale), but when air content was lost because of pneumonic infiltration, it was visualized as moderately chromogenic tissue (3-4 points). A width of this line varied depending on clarity of abscess limiting and significance of perifocal changes in a lung. The main objective of three-dimensional bioplasm nls-graphy of patients

http://www.metapathia-hunter.com Difficulties of modern diagnosing and adequate surgical treatment of renal cancer (RC) are conditioned mainly by absence of certain specific clinical manifestations of RC, continuous asymptomatic course and late applying of patients to a clinic for specialized help. At the same time about 50% of renal tumors are diagnosed at asymptomatic stage during clinical studies not related to RC, these cases are called “radiologist tumor”. Among “accidentally” revealed tumors 85% are localized forms, when at the presence of clinical symptoms only 40-45% of tumors develop in a kidney. Development of renal cancer surgical treatment technologies with a tendency to almost global introduction of laparoscopic and organ-preserving methods of surgery considerably increases requirements not to only well-timed diagnostics of RC, but to evaluation of its regional prevalence ratio mainly.
